All I can say is "wow"
Ok so remember WAY back when you may (or may not) have remembered hearing me ramble on about some miniseries on SciFi called Battlestar Galactica? Or when my rambling became an insistent (and annoying) rant about the coming TV series? Or when I made everyone I could watch it every Friday? Well it's going to get WAY worse really soon because the second season is totally kicking my ass in awesomeness. All I can say is "wow" (in a stunned voice) because I really can't explain why this show is so amazing. It goes way beyond my fetish for the post-apocalyptic. There's something else there, that makes the relationships, stories, and everything else come as naturally as breathing.
Anyone who wants to see what I'm talking about (and I'm not nuts, ask Dianna) let me know and I'll be more then happy to sit down and spend however long it takes to initiate you into this one.
Season one comes out on DVD on the 20th. I'm counting down the days.
Once again. Wow.

i miss drew and all his dorkiness.
Firefly is millions of times better.
Just, y'know, for your information.
;)
(FYI, the deleted post by Amy was my fault, I'm borrowing her computer. Sorry!)
i miss dianna and all her dorkiness, although it doesn't quite rival drew's because (to my knowledge) she doesn't sing songs about washing windows and turning "eggs into testosterone and making my face furry".
besides, you are all wrong... sports night is the best show ever. period.
Wait. Wasn't Sports Night... Wait... What's the word.... CANCELED??
The same is true of Firefly. I'm not saying it's bad, I mean they ARE bringing it back (kinda).
Not to mention that the series premier of Battlestar had the second highest ratings of ALL CABLE SHOWS, with 3.1 million viewers. That's right. Muhuahhahaha
yes, sports night was cancelled. it's still the greatest show ever.
you put that show on HBO, and it would have been effing huge. like as big as the sopranos. the problem is, abc didn't know how to market it and put it opposite friends and seinfeld.
and if i could give up my first born child for a new season of sports night you better believe i would do it.
